Safety Information:

The nature of this event means that players should be mindful of their behaviour, especially when interacting with people you do not usually roleplay with. We therefore offer the following guidance:

- It can be difficult at times to tell whether it is the character who is uncomfortable, or the player. If you are in doubt it is helpful to drop OC for a moment to check.

​

-It is possible to make someone uncomfortable without realising. If we become aware of this and have reasonable cause to assume this is the case, you will receive one warning. After this, if such behaviour persists, you will be asked to leave the event. If it appears that your behaviour is in the knowledge that you are making another player uncomfortable, or if we receive a complaint to this effect from another player, you will be asked to leave immediately.

-The Carta Stellare and our crew will be introduced in the pre-event briefing, so you are aware who you can approach in the event of any difficulty. We will take you to an OC space to discuss this and ensure that you are happy, or take further action.

-There will be an OC space available all day and it will be clearly explained on the day where this is. If you need to take time out, please do. If you need one of us with you for any reason, please approach us.
