Citrus and Za'Atar supreme of chicken with Hassleback potatoes, rainbow carrots and tenderstem broccoli

Vegan Wellington - nut free, gluten free served with wilted spinach, smashed new potatoes (skin on) drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and cracked black pepper, rainbow carrots and tenderstem broccoli

Fillet of salmon with crispy coating of finely chopped flat leaf parsley, horseradish, panko breadcrumbs and beaten egg served with creamy chive sauce.
